Bonnie has always been enthused and excited about two things — writing and anything medical. She was a Certified Medical Assistant for over 10 years in General Practice and Internal Medicine. She also worked as an Administrative Assistant in a long term care facility, as a unit clerk in a hospital in Emergency, on a Med/Surg floor and in a rehabilitation facility. Additionally, she took care of an ill spouse for several years working with in home care and long term care providers.

Bonnie also was in Mortgage Customer Service in various positions for over 14 years, knowing all things mortgage and she can certainly assist you with any questions you have about providing excellent customer service to your customers online, in emails, on the phone and in person. Writing has always come easy for her, she is an avid reader from very young and always wanted to be a writer. When life got in the way, she saved it for her second life career.
